How to Lock Up your Electric Scooter
This is a short video on how to lock up your electric scooter and a warning on not using cheap cable locks as they’re far too easy to cut through. Thieves are motivated by easy scores so if you make it more difficult they’ll move on to another target. Protect your ride with these ideas but of course if you can keep your scooter with you. I happen to push my scooter through the grocery store, pop it under the table at restaurants and leave it in the corner when I’m getting a massage. I even take it out onto the sidelines of the soccer pitch when I referee and play and of course I leave it in my apartment and not locked up outside in a bike rack. However if I had a bigger scooter and wanted to lock it up for a few minutes I would use one or maybe two locks just to be extra safe.
